What we’re looking for

We're looking for an exceptional Business Development Representative who is looking to make an immediate impact and is excited about helping build out our outbound engine at Plural.

What you can expect

  • Be part of a lean team with huge opportunities for growth as the team scales up
  • Take charge of lead generation at Plural
  • Contribute significantly to Plural’s go-to-market strategy
  • Reporting to the CEO, but collaborating with teammates across the company, from engineering to marketing to hit your goals

What you’ll do

  • Create a fantastic impression for Plural’s potential customers through effective sales campaigns, both by email, LinkedIn, phone, and more!
  • Qualify inbound leads, maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, identify new outbound prospecting efforts through various channels such as email, phone or social media.
  • Help build and maintain a database of CRM intelligence by consistently logging activities and keeping information updated in Hubspot and Apollo.
  • Refine our messaging and sales prospecting techniques to improve company outcomes.
  • Become an expert in Plural’s platform to authentically convey our value proposition to prospects.

What you’ll need

  • +1 years experience as a BDR
  • Have a can-do attitude and tons of hustle.
  • Are a proactive, resilient initiator who is excited about a career in sales and have the drive and ambition to succeed
  • Have fantastic communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • A customer-centric and results-oriented mindset.
  • Are an active listener who can synthesize information and problem solve
  • Be process-oriented and data-driven.
  • Have experience working within cross-functional teams.
  • Are passionate about technology and knowledgeable (or excited to learn) about Kubernetes

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000. An individual's base pay depends on various factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and does not include other forms of compensation, such as equity and commission.
